I build and ship real products end to end — from a construction-site management app used on real job sites, to an AI-powered report generator, to a multiplayer mobile game. Not just code: ideas, live on the App Store.
I am a builder
I don't just write code — I build products
I design, develop, ship, and market digital products from scratch. That started with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering at Işık University (full scholarship, ranked first in my department) — I taught myself software afterward, and the builder instinct carried straight over.
Software should live in the world
A product isn't finished when the code compiles — it's finished when people use it. Şantiye Defteri exists because I understood the real paperwork problem on construction sites and shipped the fix, not a prototype.
Multi-agent systems, human in the loop
My thesis-based M.Sc. at Işık University focuses on multi-agent architectures with human-in-the-loop and orchestrator agents — systems where multiple intelligent agents cooperate while humans stay part of the decision loop. That's not academic in a vacuum: it's how I build agent-based AI features today.
Think like a founder
Developers should understand business and users, not just ship code. I co-founded Stadelon and built its entire commerce platform myself, and I run Enginity, my own digital agency — full ownership, not just the engineering.

Site Report & Tracking
A construction-site management app that digitizes the daily paperwork of a job site: daily reports, personnel and equipment tracking, categorized expenses, visitor logs, and multi-site project management. Generates professional PDF/Excel reports and works offline — built on a real understanding of the problem from my civil engineering background.
Tutanak Yönetim Sistemi (TYS)
AI-Supported Report Management
Lets teams generate and manage professional reports with photos, location data, and AI-generated descriptions. Includes company administration, approval workflows, and PDF export. This is where my AI/LLM integration work shows up directly in a shipped product, not a demo.

Choose a Card, Vote, Win
A real-time multiplayer party game: players pick mood/meme cards in response to prompts, then vote on the best match across 7 rounds with a live scoring system. 100+ cards, built for actual concurrent multiplayer sessions — a different kind of engineering problem than a CRUD app.

Full E-Commerce Platform
The complete commerce platform behind Stadelon, the clothing brand I co-founded — storefront and admin panel, built from scratch. Product catalog, cart and checkout, iyzico + Stripe payment integration, coupons, shipping management, and order/customer administration. Not a template — the whole stack, for my own company.
İşmakser Admin Panel
Warehouse & Operations System
A real operations system built for İşmakser Makina, a heavy-machinery service company with two branches. Tracks warehouse inventory and stock movements across branches, employee timesheets, repair work orders with customer/vehicle records, and public-site appointment/order form intake.

AI Personal Health Assistant
A mobile health assistant using Google Gemini for both text and vision: AI-generated weekly diet and workout plans with calendar sync, medication reminders, and food-photo calorie/macro estimation from a picture of your plate. Also tracks water intake and weight over time.

Multi-Agent Market Monitor
An independent multi-agent system monitoring BIST/US stocks and crypto, computing technical indicators, and raising anomaly alerts — with a local dashboard. Each asset class runs as its own isolated agent so one data source failing doesn't take down the others. I was also deliberate about scope: alerts stay descriptive ("RSI 74 — overbought"), not prescriptive, and the README documents exactly which data-licensing and regulatory steps would be required before this could be sold as a product. This is the applied side of my multi-agent systems research.

Live Turkish Legal Research Agent
An agent that answers questions about Turkish law by live-searching mevzuat.gov.tr and reading the actual article text — never from memory. Every answer cites the specific article number. Ships as a web chat app, a CLI, and a real MCP server other tools (Claude Desktop, Claude Code) can plug into.

A practice platform that brings a lawyer's daily workflow into one place: delegating case files to other lawyers (tevkil), a private forum to consult peers, precedent case research, a shared agenda for notes and reminders, and daily Official Gazette updates filtered by practice area.
